Upcoming Events WELCOME to our website The aims of our Association are: The conservation of the environment in the Medlock and Tame Valleys and the surrounding districts, both urban and rural. The preservation of natural rivers and their tributaries, the protection of flora and fauna, the preservation of structures of architectural or archaeological interest and the prevention of litter, pollution and damage to amenities in the Medlock and Tame Valleys. The maintenance of the house and garage at No. 5 Oaken Clough Terrace, Ashton-under-Lyne as the headquarters of the Association and for any other use deemed suitable by the members.
